The delivery was on the day requested, however the tracking did not work so could not see delivery progress, but the phone call 30 minutes before delivery from the driver was very handy. The driver delivered to the driveway as requested and was polite and helpful.
The build was easier and quicker than the instructions, however there was still some head scratching at the beginning and we still have 4 pieces that don't fit. The small 3x3 shed is neat and solid and is doing a good job in the garden. Some of the fixings to secure the roof needed adjustment and extra screws to fix the roof where necessary, predrilling is essential and is recommended especially to attach the roof, which needed a bit of adjustment.

I’ve given 4 stars as the summerhouse I bought was a good price and I have put it together and it looks good,could really do with extra batons on the floor if your buy 11mm tongue and groove.delivery was a shambles due to whatever error was made,all I got was we are very sorry for blah blah blah

Ordered a bench in November. A month later, after much chasing, I received a bench (apparently a courier problem, with original order). Received bench was damaged and screw holes did not line up. Ordered replacement bench and asked for damaged item to be collected. Replacement bench sent and the fixings were of even worse quality, it looked like it had already been returned. First damaged bench not collected. Requested both benches to be collected and refund to be issued. It is now end Jan and I have 2 useless benches taking up space and no refund. Customer service is appalling - they just reply with what appear to be standard wording. They keep asking if I have a printer to print a returns label and asking when the courier should collect. Then no one turns up and then they say the courier would bring a label and would be in touch. When I ask them to sort, it goes full circle back to asking if I have a printer again. So infuriating.

I received my order directly from BillyOh for a large shed almost two months ago. There was so many issues with it, I couldn't count but literally every single element of the shed has a problem. The main one being that the roof was much larger than it should be. I've done the best I could but rainwater is getting in. Other issues include, big knot holes in each side panel, rotten battens, inferior screws and warped wood. I contacted the company 12 times. They do not care. I was told "As a company, we don't offer compensation under any circumstances." Instead they offer replacement parts, to which I replied that a lot if not all of the shed needs replaced because there's so much wrong with it. They refused to do this as they seem to only replace one or two parts. I've been left with some expensive firewood. Avoid.

The shed was delivered very promptly. It looks correct and to specification. Not a bad price either.

I would like to compliment your delivery driver. Extremely helpful & polite. He took us by surprise as he was two days earlier than you told us and late in the evening. I haven’t opened the package yet just the sheeting & fixings). Hoping to check the contents later today

Easy to order, delivery on time, product was better than expected..

Very decent build, yes, it has some warping, but I have yet to purchase a wood structure that doesn't, that's the nature of wood! Relatively easy to assemble and perfect for what I needed, would buy again.

We ordered a Summerhouse and was delighted with it. The delivery was made by an extremely friendly and efficient driver. My husband and son, actually built the Summerhouse a few days ago and were really impressed with how easy assembly was and how informative and helpful the instructions were. Our great grandchildren are thrilled with 'Nanny and Grandads Wendy House ' as are we!

20x10 workshop the 7mm cladding, 2.5cm struts and doors are weak and unsubstantial. Varying panel sizes and very thin 3mm Perspex as windows. The golden colour very patchy and will require colouring inside as well as out.

Purchased through garden building direct who delivered on wrong day

I am disappointed and suffering buyers remorse on this purchase of nearly £3,000. I’d look for a minimum 1.2 cm cladding if I was buying again.

First called customer service on 15th August 2022 to make some enquiries on their shed- the information was not available on their website.They made note of my enquiries and took my contact details (phone & email), and then the call dropped off in the middle of conversation.

After a few days of no one contacting me back, I called again. They said the call dropped off because it was near their closing time and they haven't contacted me back because they were busy. They promised someone will email me with the information I needed in a few days.

Fast forward 3 months- I am yet to receive any emails/ calls from Billy Oh.

If this is the level of customer service before making a purchase, I shudder to think what it would be like after making one. Highly NOT recommended.

Liked green aluminium frame which bolted together well, but found instructions vague at times and a more precise measurement needs to be given when erecting roof struts. Polycarbonate sheets do not withstand wind so clear mastic had to be used on all the sheets.

The log cabin was straightforward to construct, however the time for two experienced d.I.y. er’s was 3 days not 6 hours as per booklet! The doors required a bit of trimming to fit but everything else went together as instructions.

Delivered on time and kept updated.
She’d looks to be of sturdy construction and good quality
Instructions could be clearer. Perhaps an online video would be useful?
Screws could be packed in separate bags rather than all being lumped together.

The shed I ordered described the product as
Constructed from thick panels that overlap each other with a sloped design to create a strong and stable structure designed to offer protection against harsh weather conditions.
You could see through the panels .. they were translucent .. they have since changed their marketing, despite this they accept no responsibility and just offer 10% off for a £1000 shed of super high quality .. and now tell me I’ve breached their warranty for having strengthens it with ply and coated it with wood preservative
